reclaim the parts of you
That Motherhood Reshaped
honoring who you were and embracing who you are becoming
Hi beautiful, I’m Sara
And I see you…
I see the version of you who once believed she could do it all—career, motherhood, life—without skipping a beat.
The woman who spent years building something incredible, only to be met with a reality that no one prepared her for.
I know because I was her.
I thought I could fold motherhood neatly into my life, as if it were just another achievement to master. But when I became a mum in Singapore—juggling a high-pressure career, a baby who needed me, and an identity that suddenly felt unrecognizable—it all cracked open.
My breaking point? A panic attack with my one-year-old in my arms, my mind spinning with deadlines, responsibilities, and a crushing sense of not enoughness.
On paper, everything looked perfect.
Inside, I knew: This is not how it’s meant to be.
That moment changed everything.
Because motherhood isn’t just a role—it’s a transformation. A shift so profound it deserves to be recognized, understood, and supported.
Because I know what it feels like to:
Wonder where you went after becoming a mother.
Love your career but feel like it’s asking too much of you.
Carry the invisible load of motherhood while trying to keep up professionally.
Have it all on paper and still feel like something is missing.
And I know how powerful it is when you realise:
You don’t have to choose between being a great mum and a great leader.
You don’t have to hustle harder to feel like you’re enough.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Motherhood is a transformation—but it’s also an opportunity.
To redefine success.
To reclaim yourself.
To step into this next chapter feeling empowered, not exhausted.
That’s what I’m here to help you do.
That’s why I created this space...

Singapore Relocation, FCDO APAC & MBA
Relocating to Singapore was a leap into the unknown—building a life, career, and sense of purpose from the ground up. While managing the British Government’s property portfolio across 13 countries, I navigated the challenges of establishing myself in a new culture. Alongside, I completed my MBA and explored Asia, deepening my understanding of people, purpose, and fulfillment. This journey led me to my own Ikigai—blending leadership, cultural connection, and growth to help others create a life and career they love.
2016
LinkedIn Senior Leader, Mama Rising & Meditation Certificate
2021 reshaped everything—my identity, purpose, and the way I show up in the world. I started at LinkedIn, got married, and became a mother during a global pandemic, navigating new motherhood while finding my way back to myself. Following my own return to work experience, I retrained as a Mama Rising Matescence Practitioner and launched From Me to We and my Lean In community, creating spaces for Mamas to reclaim their identity and confidence. Alongside, I deepened my inner health journey, earning my meditation certification, healing physically and mentally, and redefining success on my terms. This year onwards laid the foundation for everything I do today—helping women navigate change, return to work with confidence, and build a life that feels truly aligned.
2021
It’s been a wild ride!
Nearly a decade in Singapore
Raising my wildly curious 3-year-old, navigating marriage, deep friendships, and the beautiful adventure as an expat.
Relocating from London to Singapore was a leap into the unknown—new culture, new routines, and a new version of me. Expat life opened the door to adventure, 13 new countries, and the realization that true growth comes from stepping beyond the familiar.
Finding my person was the most unexpected twist—and the best one yet. With him, love felt effortless, and just like that, Singapore wasn’t just where I lived—it was home.
Getting married during COVID meant no family could be there, but love showed up in every way that mattered. With our baby on the way, we celebrated not just a wedding, but the life, love, and home we were creating with the friends who had become family.
Having my son changed everything—beautiful, brutal, and nothing like I’d imagined. I wasn’t just becoming a mother; I was unlearning, relearning, and grieving parts of myself I never expected to lose. The shift was messy, overwhelming, and transformative. Motherhood cracked me open, reshaped my identity, and led me here—to help other women navigate their own transformation.
Launching From Me to We and my Lean In community to create the support I wish I’d had—real conversations, real connection, and a space where women come together to navigate work, motherhood, and everything in between. What started as an idea has grown into a movement, proving we’re never meant to do this alone.
And now,
I’ve taken...
Everything I knew about leadership, resilience, and transformation—and paired it with something deeper:
Matrescence—the transition into motherhood.
As a certified matrescence practitioner, I finally had language for the massive emotional, physical, and identity shifts I had experienced. Understanding matrescence changed everything for me—and now it’s at the core of how I help other mothers navigate this transformation with clarity and confidence.
Ikigai—the Japanese philosophy of purpose.
As an Ikigai Sensei, I discovered that when we align our lives with what brings us meaning, fulfillment follows. After redefining my own Ikigai through the lens of motherhood, I found a way to embrace both my career and family life—without guilt or burnout.
Now, through my programs and communities, I help women, workplaces, and society shift the way we approach motherhood—because this isn’t just a personal struggle, it’s a cultural and workplace issue too.
